Policy overview
DentalPresence.in subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Because access to the Service and plan features is provided immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except as described below or where applicable law requires otherwise.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription using the billing controls available in your account. Cancellation prevents the next renewal charge and normally takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.
You will continue to have access to paid features until that period ends. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund charges already paid.

Refund eligibility
We may approve a full or partial refund when:
- you were charged more than once for the same subscription period;
- a charge resulted from a confirmed billing or technical error;
- the Service was materially unavailable due to an issue within our control; or
- a refund is required by consumer-protection or other applicable law.
We do not generally issue refunds for unused time, lack of use, forgotten cancellations, changes in business needs, dissatisfaction with search performance, or results that depend on third-party platforms.

Billing errors and unauthorized charges
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, contact us through the support channel available in your account as soon as possible. Include the account email, charge date, amount, and a short description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers or other sensitive payment details.
We may request limited additional information needed to locate the transaction and verify the request. Unauthorized payment activity should also be reported promptly to your payment provider.

Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method whenever possible. The time it takes for funds to appear depends on Paddle, your bank, card network, and payment method.
Refunding a subscription may end or reduce access to paid features associated with the refunded period. Any taxes refunded will be handled according to applicable rules and the payment provider’s process.

Upgrades, downgrades, and price changes
Charges or credits resulting from a plan change are shown during the billing process. A downgrade normally applies according to the timing displayed when you make the change and does not create a cash refund unless expressly stated.
If we change subscription pricing, the new price will apply to a future billing period after reasonable advance notice. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.

To ask about a charge or request a refund review, use the support channel available in your DentalPresence.in account. We will assess the request using this policy, your purchase details, the condition of the account, and applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the laws that apply to your purchase.
