Is this free?+

We offer a free 60-second local visibility audit and workspace setup. Think of this like a complimentary dental screening: a quick, non-invasive look at your practice's search health with no credit card required. To unlock continuous monitoring, AI features, and automated reporting, we offer premium subscription plans.

Can you edit my website?+

No. Dental Presence never makes direct changes to your website. Think of us as your digital consulting radiologist: we point out exactly where the 'cavities' are on your website's public SEO structure and provide precise recommendations, but you or your web developer remain the primary clinician who applies the actual update.

Can you see patient data?+

No. Dental Presence does not connect to any Practice Management System (PMS) or clinical database. Just like maintaining a strictly sterile field in an operating room, we keep our marketing platform completely isolated from your clinical environment. We only analyze public search data, website structure, and public reviews.

Do you store Search Console data?+

No, we do not store your raw Google Search Console data on our servers. When you connect your account, we query Google's official API in real time to present your search data inside your private workspace. Think of this as reviewing a patient's historical charts without taking copies out of their secure file.

Which countries are supported?+

The website audit works for publicly accessible dental websites globally. Our platform and AI features are optimized for English-language practices, and Google-connected integrations depend on Google service availability in your country.

Which Practice Management Systems (PMS) do you integrate with?+

None. Dental Presence does not connect to any Practice Management System (PMS) like Dentrix, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft. This keeps your practice data completely secure. Just like keeping clinical operatory instruments sterile, we maintain a hard, absolute boundary between marketing analytics and sensitive patient records.

How long does setup take?+

Running your first website audit takes under 60 seconds. Setting up your complete workspace, tracking treatments, and configuring optional Google integrations takes less than 5 minutes—about as fast as a standard digital impression.

Can I disconnect Google services?+

Yes. You can disconnect your Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, or other integrated accounts at any time instantly from your Workspace settings, instantly revoking all permissions.

Is my data safe?+

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect workspace information. Dental Presence is not intended for patient records or clinical data, and no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Do I need SEO knowledge to use this?+

Not at all. Dental Presence is designed specifically for dental teams and practice managers. We translate complex technical SEO metrics into plain English, much like how you explain complex periodontal or restorative concepts to a patient using simple, comforting everyday terms.

Is this HIPAA compliant?+

Dental Presence is a marketing and local-visibility platform, not a patient-record system. It is not intended to receive or store protected health information (PHI), so you should not enter patient names, treatment details, or clinical records. We do not claim the platform is HIPAA-certified for handling patient records.

Does it replace my marketing agency?+

Not necessarily. Dental Presence can help an in-house team work independently, or give your agency clearer audits, priorities, drafts, and progress reporting. Think of us as providing state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment that helps your entire team perform better, whether in-house or outsourced.

Do I need Google Business Profile?+

No, you can run the website audit and use website-focused guidance without one. A Google Business Profile is required only for features that use profile data, such as local map reviews, location-specific metrics, and profile updates.

Can I cancel?+

Yes. You can cancel a paid subscription through the available billing controls. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period; the published refund policy continues to apply.
